Ensure successful delivery of National events including budgets, logistics, and coordination with university interns. Maintain relationships with State/Territory Associations, local clubs, and key stakeholders. Develop and implement membership retention and growth strategies. Oversee the Revolutionise Sport platform at all levels of the sport.

Liaised with national and state bodies, clubs, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversaw TTV membership database and reported to the TTV Board. Coordinated local, state, and national tournaments. Managed State Teams' travel arrangements and assisted with accounting (Xero).

2005 – 2014Geelong Table Tennis Association Stadium Manager and Head Coach Coached the Geelong Junior Squad 5 days per week, travelling to tournaments state-wide. Developed and implemented a Participation Program in Geelong covering private and public schools, School Sport Victoria, Victorian Olympic Council, TAFE, Scouts, YMCA, disability & youth groups, and corporate team building. Sessions ranged from 10 to 164 participants — up to 4 groups simultaneously, up to 20 sessions per week.
