Full service = $300/day
Accommodation (if I must travel more than 1hr to the venue from Melbourne 3028)
Catering - meals at the venue
Includes:
Receiving and processing entry forms on revsport
Reconciling with the Club Treasurer the entry fee income
Recommending prize money distribution based on all income and expenses
Sending player lists to selectors
Creating & publishing the draw
Running the tournament on the day using Zermelo - including training any volunteers on how to use the program
Submitting results to Ratings Central
Submitting results to TTV
Will need from the club:
Will need access to a printer on the day (the make and model of the printer to be emailed prior to the day so I can install a driver on my laptop) and two reams of paper
2 or 3 people who are comfortable announcing names, handing out scoresheets, presenting prize money
Clipboards - preferably two for every table so that we can double-board the matches
My fee can be negotiated down depending on association needs - for example, if the association wants to learn to run a tournament themselves and wants me as a supervisor/trainer, then a reduced fee can be negotiated.
